Cette d\u00e9marche permet alors \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u2019avoir un certain contr\u00f4le sur ses apprentissages. Le groupe classe adapte ensuite les indicateurs \u00e0 la situation de travail \u00e9tudi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-5 kt-pane_c1209c-0b\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\">S\u00e9ance 1<\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Certains TP permettent la mise en place de plusieurs ateliers en parall\u00e8les alors que dans d\u2019autres, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves manipulent les uns apr\u00e8s les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>Soit nous avons un TP o\u00f9 chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve manipule \u00e0 son tour<\/strong>, dans ce cas un \u00e9l\u00e8ve (ou plusieurs) filme tour \u00e0 tour ses camarades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>Cette s\u00e9ance n\u00e9cessite 2 mat\u00e9riels vid\u00e9o. Pendant qu\u2019un apprenant filme, l\u2019autre regarde sur l\u2019autre mat\u00e9riel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>A la suite de sa manipulation, soit l\u2019apprenant regarde seul et analyse sa prestation, soit il est accompagn\u00e9 par d\u2019autres, l\u2019obligeant alors \u00e0 expliciter et confronter sa gestuelle avec les autres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong><strong>Soit nous avons plusieurs chantiers en m\u00eame temps<\/strong>, les apprenants sont alors en petits groupes de 3 ou 4, un \u00e9l\u00e8ve du groupe manipule, un autre observe et l\u2019aide \u00e9ventuellement, le dernier filme la manipulation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Cette s\u00e9ance n\u00e9cessite autant de mat\u00e9riel vid\u00e9o que de chantiers ou postes de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Tous les apprenants du groupe regardent ensemble mais sans l\u2019enseignant la vid\u00e9o d\u00e8s la manipulation termin\u00e9e afin d\u2019analyser le geste r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Pendant ce temps un autre groupe, toujours sous la surveillance de l\u2019enseignant, poursuit la manipulation et l\u2019utilisation de la vid\u00e9o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Cela permet d\u2019\u00e9viter les temps morts et de favoriser l\u2019explicitation en parall\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">L\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019alterner un temps de manipulation et d\u2019observation et d\u2019analyser des gestes et postures, chaque groupe tournant sur le ou les ateliers mis en place pour le TP.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-6 kt-pane_882f8a-20\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\">S\u00e9ance 2<\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Cette s\u00e9ance de TD sert \u00e0 enrichir l\u2019analyse en croisant les regards et permet la validation de cette analyse par l\u2019enseignant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">La construction d\u2019une grille d\u2019observation en amont avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peut aider \u00e0 cette approche. Il est aussi possible de fournir une grille aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves mais dans ce cas, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de v\u00e9rifier qu\u2019ils se sont bien appropri\u00e9 les crit\u00e8res et indicateurs. Une mani\u00e8re de le faire est d\u2019analyser en commun une premi\u00e8re vid\u00e9o. Cette vid\u00e9o peut \u00eatre celle d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e8ve ou une vid\u00e9o plus neutre. Cette \u00e9tape d\u2019appropriation de la grille peut alors faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Au cours d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de TD, deux strat\u00e9gies possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>Soit toutes les vid\u00e9os sont visionn\u00e9es<\/strong> obligeant ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019explicitation des \u00ab\u00a0bons\u00a0\u00bb gestes en ayant une approche compar\u00e9e, cela peut \u00eatre possible dans les petits groupes. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve observ\u00e9 doit analyser sa pratique, identifie des points forts et des points faibles. La classe est sollicit\u00e9e pour compl\u00e9ter l\u2019analyse en \u00e9tablissant une critique objective des pratiques observ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">L\u2019enseignant valide, compl\u00e8te et peut apporter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019information sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Au niveau CAPA et seconde pro, ce temps peut \u00eatre l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9diger la fiche TP. A un niveau sup\u00e9rieur, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments apport\u00e9s aideront les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de cette fiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\"><strong>Soit l\u2019enseignant en amont, s\u00e9lectionne des s\u00e9quences vid\u00e9os,<\/strong> montrant les bonnes pratiques ou celles \u00e0 \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:19px\">Dans ce cas, les apprenants sont sollicit\u00e9s pour identifier les bonnes pratiques ou celles plus accidentog\u00e8nes. De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, L\u2019enseignant compl\u00e8te notamment en apportant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019information sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre animal. Au niveau CAPA et seconde pro, ce temps peut \u00eatre l\u2019occasion de r\u00e9diger la fiche TP.
